Listing Engine
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of Listing Engine, a service run by Christine Gwinnup (The Little Lady Sells Homes), referred to here as “we” or “us”. By creating an account or using Listing Engine you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Listing Engine helps real estate agents market their listings. You add a listing and its photos; we use AI to draft social media posts, captions and related content in your voice; you review and approve them; approved posts are published to the social accounts you connect, on a schedule.
Content is drafted by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Nothing is posted until you approve it. Before you approve a post, check that it is accurate and that it follows the rules that apply to you, including fair housing law, your MLS’s rules, your brokerage’s advertising policies and your state’s license-law advertising requirements. Once you approve a post, it is your post.
You keep ownership of the listing details, photos, videos and other material you give us, and of the posts made for you. You give us permission to store, process, adapt and publish that material only as needed to run the service for you. Only upload material you have the right to use (for example, photos you took or are licensed to use for marketing).
Posts are published through OneUp to the social accounts you connect, and payments are handled by Stripe. Those services, and the social networks themselves, have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, rule changes or decisions, such as a network removing a post or limiting an account.
Listings are paid for one at a time, at the price shown before you check out. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promotion codes are subject to the conditions shown when you use them. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may pause or remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account from Settings → Account or by emailing us. We may close accounts that break these terms. Posts already published on your social accounts stay there until you remove them.
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that posts will produce any particular number of views, leads or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms. When we make a significant change we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
