Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email, phone number, brokerage details, time zone and settings.
• Your brand voice: your quiz answers, voice samples and brand kit (logo, headshot, colors).
• Listings you add: addresses, property details, photos and videos, including details pulled from your MLS or CRM when you connect one.
• Content we make for you: drafts, approved and published posts, blog drafts, and their schedule and status.
• Connected social accounts: which accounts are connected for posting. The account logins are held by our posting provider, OneUp, not by us.
• Payments: what you bought, when, the amount and any promotion code. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Support messages you send us.

To run the service for you: to draft content in your voice, schedule and publish the posts you approve, take payment and send receipts, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

We use these providers to store and process your information on our behalf:

• Supabase: database and sign-in.
• Render: hosting for the app and its servers.
• Cloudinary: storage and resizing of photos and videos.
• Anthropic (Claude): the AI that drafts your content. Listing details and your voice settings are sent to it to write posts.
• OneUp: publishing approved posts to the social accounts you connect.
• Stripe: payments, receipts and refunds.

When you connect other tools (for example your MLS feed or CRM), we exchange data with them only to do what you connected them for. Posts you publish are public on the networks you post to.

We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons (such as payment records) and short-lived backups that expire on their own schedule.

• Download your data at any time from Settings → Account → Download my data.
• Ask us to delete your account from Settings → Account, or by emailing thelittleladyinc@gmail.com. We confirm by email before deleting anything.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong, or tell you what we hold about you, by emailing us.
• Disconnect a social account or integration at any time in Settings.

Access to your data is limited to your account and to the people who run the service, and connections to the service are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you.

Listing Engine is a tool for real estate professionals and is not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
