Refund Policy

• You were charged twice for the same listing, or charged by mistake.
• You paid for a listing and we could not generate its content.

For anything else, email us and tell us what went wrong. We look at each request individually and will explain our decision. Please ask within 30 days of the payment.

Email thelittleladyinc@gmail.com or send a message from Help in the app. Include the listing address and the email on your account.

• A full refund locks the listing again: its drafts are kept, but nothing new is generated or posted for it unless you unlock it again.
• A partial refund leaves the listing unlocked.
• Posts already published stay on your social accounts until you remove them.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.

You will see a notice in the app when a refund is processed.

Discounted or free listings from a promotion code are refunded up to the amount you actually paid. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
